I sold it a few years ago, unfortunately. I will see if I can locate the buyer and see if they are interested in getting it scanned. Cheers, Alfred

I knew Kit and Greg many years ago (and I wouldn't be surprised if I was in the book!). It is impossible to find, and you may have the only extant copy. If you don't want to sell it (assuming you still have it), would you consider copying/scanning it? I know a number of people here in Princeton who would be most interested in reading it! Thank you!
